Payment Information: Payment details (such as credit card numbers) are processed securely through third-party processors like Square or PayPal only when used to make purchases through my online shop. I do not store your full payment information.
Technical Data: Information your browser sends whenever you visit my Website, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected via Squarespace and automatically generated through their services.
3. How I Use Your Information
I use your personal information to:
Fulfill and manage contact inquiries through my contact form.
Fulfill and manage sales from my Online Shop.
Primarily used for sending you my monthly studio newsletter, (only if you opted in by subscribing on this site, or have previously subscribed in-person at an event).
I use your email provided when subscribing to my newsletter through my Website Host (Squarespace), and if/when I were to ever leave this host, I would carry your email over to another host site, or newsletter host site and processor. Newsletter email addresses are held with confidence and responsibility, only to be used for newsletter distribution.
4. How I Share Your Information
I do not and never will, sell or rent your personal information. I may only share your data with:
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting (e.g., Squarespace), email marketing (e.g., Squarespace) that is outlined above in Item No.3 on how I use your information; or shipping (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to complete your orders with information you provided.
Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid, legal requests by public authorities. (Note: I have never had to do this, and only keep it in here to cover my bases).

This Website uses essential cookies to analyze site traffic and improve your experience, via Squarespace. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

My website and newsletter, may contain links to other sites (such as my linktree, Instagram, art galleries, other artist websites, other online platforms like Substack, or links to references like texts, movies, etc…). I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

My Website does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. My website caters to those over 18 years of age, and I take no responsibility for the consumption of my artwork or content for those under the age of 18, or those under the age of 13, or responsibility for any “offense” taken by any subject or image due to their age.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated date.
